How to Hire

It's quick and easy to hire from Advance Tool Hire. You simply need to pop into our depot with 2 forms of identification that also state your name and address (passport, driving license, bank statements etc) as well as the required deposit amount for the tools and equipment you wish to hire. Upon completion of your hire you MUST call to off hire the equipment as we will not automatically collect any machinery, hire charges will continue until the point that you contact us to arrange collection.

Please note:

All prices quoted are plus VAT, delivery is quoted at the time of enquiry. machines come with a full tank of fuel and any machine returned without a full tank of fuel is charged.

Please allow up to three days for collection of good after arranging collection with one of our staff at the store, the driver is unable to arrange collection on your behalf and any conversations with the driver will not be taken as having arranged a collection.

If your hire falls over the end of the month and you have not arranged a payment to cover the months end, payment will be taken to cover the outstanding invoice from the account used to supply the deposit.

When you are ready to 'OFF HIRE' your equipment it is the customers responsibility to contact us to arrange collection of hire equipment, charges will continue to be applied until you obtain your off hire reference number. Fuel charges are applicable unless plant is returned full.
